Return Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Unused handmade physical items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Please email hello@ursulabugg.com before mailing anything to receive return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable for change-of-mind returns. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS

Print-on-demand products are created specifically for each order and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please email hello@ursulabugg.com with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

EARRINGS

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds once purchased or downloaded. Please see the Digital Product Policy for additional information.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds for returned handmade items will be processed after the item is received and inspected. Please allow up to five business days for processing. Additional time may be required for the refund to appear through your original payment method.
