These Terms and Conditions govern your use of ursulabugg.com and purchases from The Nostalgia Bugg, operated by Ursula Bugg. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies displayed at checkout.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase.
PRODUCTS AND INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to display product images, descriptions, colors, prices, and availability accurately. Colors and details may vary slightly due to screen settings, printing processes, handmade variations, and production methods. We may correct errors or update product information at any time.
ORDERS
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel and refund an order because of pricing or inventory errors, suspected fraud, inability to fulfill the order, or other reasonable circumstances.
Please review your shipping address and order details carefully before submitting payment. Contact hello@ursulabugg.com immediately if a correction is needed. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing, production, or shipment.
PRICING, PAYMENT, AND TAXES
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown during checkout. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed.
SHIPPING AND FULFILLMENT
Handmade products are fulfilled by The Nostalgia Bugg. Print-on-demand products are produced and shipped by third-party production partners. Products from the same order may arrive in separate packages. Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Please review the Shipping Policy for additional information.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Returns, exchanges, refunds, damaged items, and defective products are handled according to the Return Policy. Digital purchases are governed by the Digital Product Policy. Print-on-demand products and digital products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All artwork, illustrations, designs, photographs, product images, text, logos, graphics, and downloadable files on this website are owned by or licensed to Ursula Bugg and The Nostalgia Bugg and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
